The GCS mobile CCTV van in operation at the 2011 tour de Tendring event, the vehicle is equipped with three fully functional PTZ cameras, one on the roof of the van and two on the elevated mast. it also has three static cameras, one on the front, one on the back and one inside.

Inside the van there are five colour monitors, a keyboard controller and a multi channel digital recorder. The van can be powered by an inverter run on batteries, from a generator or from a 240 volt mains supply.
