MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

In order for an Intruder alarm to fully comply with the British Standard 4737 it needs to have a current maintenance contract in force, for Audible only alarm systems this requires one visit per year. For Police signalling systems the requirement is two visits per year at six monthly intervals.

CCTV maintenance contracts are usually based on two visits per annum and would include cleaning the external housings and lenses, checking and adjusting back focus as necessary, cleaning and greasing pan & tilt heads, checking and making good any cable defects, test and replace faulty IR lamps check brackets and mountings for health and safety etc.

Check, clean and adjust all monitors, check cable terminations and test all functions on switchers an multiplexers, clean heads and test video recorders. Routine maintenance on CCTV systems is important if you want to produce good quality images for recognition and prosecution purposes, so many people spend a lot of money on having a system installed only to find when they need it most the images are unusable due to lack of or poor maintenance.

We also offer a planned maintenance facility on all other security products and services

Our Fire Alarm Maintenance Contracts are based on the number of detectors, call points and sounders used and the complexity of the system. We offer a range of options to suit the individual installation, i.e. a small low risk site may only require one visit per annum, whereas a larger more complex site may require quarterly visits, or there could be special attention required by the Fire Officer or local legislation.  But whatever the problem we can solve it for you.

Maintenance contracts on Access Control and Door Entry Systems can only be calculated on each individual system, as there are literally hundreds of different systems currently being used, these ranging from simple audio/video door entry systems to extremely complex card swipe, proximity readers, fingerprint scanners and voice recognition systems.  Many of these systems are also linked to computers controlling other remote sites, data logging all access activity.  So whatever system you have give us a call and we will design a maintenance to suit you.

We provide maintenance contracts for all types of emergency and auxiliary lighting, this would normally be carried out on the same intervals as the fire alarm. This would entail isolating the supply to the lights under test and confirming that they maintain there specified duration i.e. 1 hour or 3 hour depending on the unit.  Following the battery test we then check that the unit is recharging, clean the fitting and replace faulty batteries if required.

As you can see we can provide all of your building security requirements, we offer a 24 hour emergency service and we are confident our prices are competitive.  So why not give us a try, remember One Call Covers it All
